A: There may be a period of delay during the report preparation/review process, so please consider calling the sheriff's office first to check on the availability of the report. Cost of reports is $5.00 per UCR.

A: For security and fiscal reasons, the Garvin County Sheriff's Office does not provide official items for private collections.

A: Adults - 0.08%
Zero Tolerance: below 21yrs.0.01%
Any blood Alcohol level or drug level, if it impairs your ability to safely operate a motor vehicle.

Q: My car has been towed. How do I find out where it is being stored and how do I get it back?

A: You will need to obtain an impound release. We will need the license plate number or VIN . There may be conditions to the release; such as proof on insurance, proof of ownership, licensed driver, etc…

A: Complaints may be accepted by any Garvin County Sheriff supervisor. Complaints may be received verbally or in writing and in person, by telephone, by mail or by electronic means.
